Abstract

This Study aims to explore classroom climate strategies practiced by Teacher Leaders at university level. The research objective is to explore different techniques specifically utilized by teacher leaders at higher education level, further to find out role of demographic variations in terms of adopting classroom climate strategies to maintain positive, healthy and productive environment. The study utilizes a survey questionnaire administered to a sample of teacher leaders from various academic departments. The survey includes demographic information and the strategies employed by teacher leaders to maintain classroom climate. In data analysis involve descriptive statistics in which percentage, to examine the prevalence and usage of different strategies. Inferential statistics, including t-Test and ANOVE, were conducted to investigate the differences between the identified classroom climate strategies, and demographic factors of university teachers. The study's findings will provide valuable insights into the classroom climate strategies practiced by teacher leaders at the university level and their impact on teaching and learning outcomes. The results will contribute to the existing body of knowledge in the field of education and inform the development of evidence-based interventions and professional development programs for teacher leaders.
